Celebrating the best in filmmaking from around the world in the
heart of London
Congratulations to the winners and many thanks to all the scriptwriters who submitted to the competition. The standard was incredibly high and as always choosing the winner led to long committee debates. We look forward to the next set of entries in the 2018/19 Feature Script Competition.
There is an administration and reading fee of £60 per script till May 1. From May 2 - £65. The Final Deadline is January 9th 2019.
The winner will receive UK Film Festival laurels and the associated publicity. Our associates are looking for feature film scripts to develop and produce to follow up on our script winners that went on to win Crystal Bears at the 2014 and 2015 Berlin Film Festivals. Last year’s UKFF Feature Script winner, Max Laidlaw's “The Double” has already been optioned as were the previous winners, Dave Paterson's "Cottontail" and Fred Wood's “The Circle”.
The top scripts will also receive an InkTip Script Listing: This is listing of your feature script on InkTip so that producers and reps can find you. Producers have made more than 300 films from scripts and writers they found through InkTip.
